Student Line GrapherThe Student Line Grapher is very similiar to the Flash Line Grapher but was designed to asses students understanding of how to graph whereas the Flash Line Grapher was designed to teach students how to graph lines. This module can still be used to teach students how to graph lines but that was not the focus of the design. Graphing Activity

Bear Lake Camping Trip 2006We could not have asked for better weather. After hiking about four miles Friday afternoon, we camped in a meadow by a creek. Sabbath, we hiked a couple more miles up to a lake and found asters and gentians still in bloom, though fading. There, we shared lunches and object lessons from God's Second Book, nature. Some of the observations included thoughts such as this: Life has its ups and downs, but there's a relaxing reward at the end. I also have the transparencies and will make them available as soon as time permits. Topics include: estimating activity, multiplying with 11's, fast ways to finding 1/7th's, metric acronym, explanation for zero exponents, etc....
